DV4 worked with our chosen AV providers to build an automated, simple to use high quality room recording and live webcasting system for the Bar of Ireland (Law Library).
This cost-effective solution allows the event and education team at BOI to remotely schedule events for recording or for live streaming. Webcasts can be locked down to members and detailed analytics are available after each event.
The system is controlled using a wall panel where preset configurations of camera angles and audio / microphone setups are easily chosen according to the type of event. The meeting facilitator schedules the live event online and then simply presses a red button to begin the live stream, indicated by a red "live" light.
This system can also take a laptop feed of slides, video or audio which is automatically synchronised to video of the speaker(s).
A Question & Answer facility is also on hand as part of the system.
BOI also have the ability to edit the recordings of each event online and publish these recordings automatically or manually.
