For almost 10 years, ICON has worked with DV4, as a "trusted partner", to produce and deliver live broadcasts to their global workforce, both office and home-based. We have planned, managed and deployed webcasts across 4 continents, from various broadcast locations in the USA, Europe and Asia. We have worked with select camera crews and AV / production agencies in each continent. DV4 has worked closely with ICON IT to design and continually improve processes to manage the security, consistency and distribution of digital materials across the globe to support these popular ICON webcasts.
Each year Icon employees come together for a global culture & values event. Stories (video and live presentations) are shared about how employees are living their values to drive better outcomes for customers, patients and themselves.
DV4 partners with Icon Plc in undertaking these ambitious communications projects each year. DV4 has produced these hybrid events in Europe, The Americas and APAC, involving organisation of AV crews, technical teams, liaison with IT departments in multiple locations, camera crews, live webcasting teams, management of media assets, print agencies supported by Icon facilitators in each event location. This global event is acknowledged by Icon senior management as a resounding success.

I think the contribution from the mini-hubs and home-based employees has really made a great impact with employees. The ‘Day in the Life’ videos also helped connect people to each other and the work our employees do every day.
